Project Overview

The estimation environment is a project estimation tool is cordinated by an estimation practioner. It does schedule the scope, quntify and apply, contingency, cost estimate, validate, provide actuals and traversed a number of time.

Responsibilities

Design elegant and delightful experiences that deliver high value to our users
Ensure the layout design, composition for products and product features is exposed in a clear and consistent manner
Identify and articulate new UI design patterns suitable to the product
Contribute feedback to other disciplines on the team when required
Assist in the production of guides, vision demos, and prototypes which establish and drive product-wide concepts, brand narratives, and experience value propositions
Work closely and iteratively with developers to ensure design accuracy and consistency

Design Process

1. Requirements gathering: Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for user interfaces are done early in the project to ensure that the end product meets the needs of the business and the users. Reviewing existing documentation is also done during this phase to ensure that all relevant information is accounted for.
2. Research: I familiarize myself with the most common UI patterns and use them where appropriate. These patterns or templates can be used to create specific types of tasks or activities.

3. Design: Create icons and GUIs to communicate ideas through sketches, moodboards and quickly explore different design solutions where required.

4. Feedback & Review: After discussing designs and concepts with leads, managers, or product owners, take feedback into account and make changes to the concept or design accordingly.
