It was a 1-day UX workshop facilitated by Design Boat, Bangalore. It aimed to make participants to understand the design process, design thinking best practices, solve key issues and promote cross collaboration between team members and the departments.
The facilitator divided all the participants into groups and asked to choose a key issue and write the problem statement, then come with the solution.
It was an interesting and an interactive workshop. All the participants involved and learned some tools and techniques to solve design problems. Activities and exercises involved such as group discussions, brainstorming sessions, 5 Why's, rapid sketching, paper prototyping, etc.
